Ordering

PAYMENTS

For payment transactions service provider we use Checkout.fi. Their service secures all transactions and allows you to use all major credit cards and most Finnish/Scandinavian webbank portal systems for paying. All prices are in euros (EUR, €) and include the Finnish value added tax 24%. If you login as a resident outside EU, our webshop will automatically calculate off the VAT 24% and show you the prices without it. As a resident outside of EU you do not have to pay the 24% VAT, however other additional customs and taxes may apply, depending on your country. We do not know how much those may be, but you can find them out by contacting our carrier UPS, www.ups.com. Our products are made in Finland and delivered from Finland.

DELIVERY

We will always email you the tracking number for your shipment as soon as it is dispatched, and you can track your shipment on www.ups.com. Please do note that the delivery time varies based on the country where you order from - we ship always from Finland.


UNTIL DECEMBER 18TH 2013 WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY ALL OVER THE WORLD! Please do note that special taxes may apply when ordering from outside EU: during ordering and after choosing your country as being outside EU, you will see the prices without the Finnish value added tax 24%. However, the customs in your country may add customs fees and possible taxes to the price. We do not know how much the customs&taxes in your country are, but you can find them out by for example contacting UPS, www.ups.com. As a carrier we use UPS and they do handle all the customs clearances for you and will contact you concerning those before delivering to your location.

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once the shipment reaches your country.Shipping country is chosen at checkout. All prices, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to.  We will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and notify you of all the possible delays throughout the delivery.

We have no control over these charges. With non-EU orders we use the UPS expedited service, which means that UPS will take care of customs declarations and will charge the possible taxes and handling from you when receiving the shipment. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be dispatched or only partially due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, you will be informed about this as quickly as possible. In this case, you will be given the option to cancel the order. In the case of termination in accordance with this paragraph, we will you with the sum paid as quickly as possible, though at the latest within 30 days after termination.

RECEIVING/ACCEPTING YOUR DELIVERY

We always pay the highest attention to packaging the sent items with great standards. When receiving the package, before signing the packing slip you must inspect the package for any visible signs of damage during transport. Please do note that the package may look a little worn because it may have travelled a long way, but do demand that it is noted on the delivery note. If the package is broken, you must take photos of the damage before opening. If the products are damaged, you must notify us within two working days.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees specified in € (Euro) will be displayed in checkout and is based on the weight of the package. UNTIL DECEMBER 18TH 2013 ALL DELIVERIES ARE FREE OF CHARGE.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

We will not pay shipping for uncollected packages, and will charge you for the cost of return shipping.

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may exchange or return it within 14 days of receiving the shipment. We will then return the purchase price of the item deducted with the return shipping costs immediately as we receive your return. The returned items must be in original condition in order to receive a full credit. Before returning any items, please turn to us for further instructions info@seimi.fi.

CUSTOMER REGISTER

We keep a customer register in order to be able to serve fluently at all times. It can be reached by only our staff and is login-protected. The information we store is your contact details and order history, including possible exchanges and returns. No information is given to third parties at any point.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for not being able to fulfil the order under force majeure conditions.
